Resolvr ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Resolvr app and this website.
1. Data We Collect
App data: All incident logs, screenshots, vault files, and notes you create in the Resolvr app are stored entirely on your device using your browser's local storage. We do not have access to this data. We do not transmit it to our servers.
Waitlist email: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address solely to notify you when Resolvr launches. We will not share it with third parties or use it for any other purpose.
Usage data: We may collect anonymised, aggregated analytics (page visits, feature usage) to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you.
2. Your Evidence Is Private
Your incident logs and evidence files are stored locally on your device. We cannot see them, access them, or recover them if you clear your browser data. This is by design — your evidence belongs to you and only you.
3. Cloud Backup (Coming in v1.0)
When cloud backup is available, your data will be encrypted on your device before transmission. It will be stored in encrypted form and will only be decryptable with your personal key.
4. Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on Netlify. Waitlist emails are processed through Netlify Forms. We use Google Fonts for typography. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data.
5. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your waitlist email at any time by emailing resolvrapp@resolvrapp.com. App data is entirely within your control and can be deleted at any time from within the app.
